What exactly does Gengency do?
You shoot a short video of yourself and describe what you want to change — the place, your outfit, the props, the overall vibe. Gengency analyzes your video, designs the new look for you to approve, then generates a brand new video of you in that world, keeping your face, your motion and your voice.
How long can my video be?
Between 4 and 30 seconds. Short, well-lit clips where your face is clearly visible give the best results.
Will it still look like me?
That's the whole point. Gengency is built to preserve your likeness, your movements and what you say, while changing everything around you. AI isn't perfect, so results can vary — which is why you review and approve the look before the final video is made.
Can I check the result before it's generated?
Yes. After the analysis you'll see what we understood from your video plus the generated look — outfit, background, props. Ask for changes with a quick note, or approve it to start the final render.
How do tokens work?
1 token is roughly 1 second of video, and you see the cost before you submit. Tokens are charged when you submit and refunded automatically if the generation fails. They never expire. Get them through Pro Weekly (15 tokens a week), Pro Monthly (60 tokens a month) or one-time packs of 10, 30 or 100.
How long does it take?
Usually a few minutes, depending on the length of your clip and how busy things are. Everything happens in the cloud, so you can leave the app while it works.
Who owns my videos?
You do. We only use your videos to create your results and run the service — we don't sell them and we don't use them for advertising. You can delete any video, or your whole account, at any time. Read the Privacy Policy for details.
Is there anything I can't make?
Only upload videos you have the right to use. No sexual content, no impersonating real people without their consent, and nothing that sexualizes or harms minors. The full rules are in our Terms of Service.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple or Google. On iPhone, open Settings → your name → Subscriptions. On Android, open Google Play → profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. Cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date to avoid the next charge.
How do I delete my account?
In the app, go to Settings → Delete account. Can't access the app? Use our account deletion form or email support@gengency.app.
